Meet Denise Kussauer CRA, P.App.
Denise Kussauer began her appraisal career in 1990 as a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada while working with Cunningham & Rivard Appraisals in Courtenay. She earned her professional designation in 1996 and went on to co-found Associated Appraisers in 1999. A Comox Valley resident since 1986 and an AIC member since 1990, Denise is deeply rooted in the community. She takes great pride in living and working in the region and has witnessed the Comox Valley grow and evolve significantly throughout her career.
